Alamo Heights is a small, independent city of 7,357 people (2020), almost completely surrounded by San Antonio and about five miles north of downtown. Its commercial life runs along Broadway and Austin Highway: restaurants, boutiques, banks, offices and churches, many in buildings from the 1940s to the 1970s.
Older buildings here often carry built-up or modified bitumen roofs with tall parapets, hidden gutters and decades of patches. We are minutes away from our NE Loop 410 office, so leak calls here are usually answered within the hour.

Typical scope · 78209What a typical job looks like here
A common Alamo Heights job: a 1960s retail building with a built-up roof, several patch layers and a slow leak at the parapet. After cores confirm the roof is dry, we rebuild the parapet flashing and coat the roof white, extending its life and cutting the cooling load.
Old parapets leak more than old roofs. Fix the coping and wall flashing first, then decide about the field.
