Kerrville is the Kerr County seat, with 24,278 residents in 2020 and a much larger role as the medical, retail and visitor hub for the western Hill Country. It has a regional hospital, a VA medical center, a university, summer camps and plenty of hotels and venues along the Guadalupe River.
At about 1,650 feet, Kerrville is cooler than San Antonio but just as exposed to hail and flash flooding. Metal roofs are everywhere here. We run scheduled Hill Country routes, so repairs and inspections happen on a plan rather than a long one-time trip.

Typical scope · 78028What a typical job looks like here
A typical Kerrville project: an older dining hall with a rusted exposed-fastener roof and leaks at every lap. We install new standing seam over sub-framing in the off-season, so the building is ready before campers arrive.
Book Hill Country work early. Off-season slots fill fast before camp and tourist season.
