New Braunfels went from about 57,700 people in 2010 to more than 90,000 in 2020, one of the fastest climbs in the country. That boom put up hundreds of new retail pads, warehouses and clinics along I-35, Creekside and TX-46, and most of them now carry single-ply roofs entering their second decade.
At the same time, downtown and Gruene still have early-1900s commercial buildings with built-up roofs, parapets and metal awnings. We work both: fast leak calls on new strip centers, and careful repairs that respect the historic fabric near the Plaza.
From Creekside to the Comal River, these are the buildings that call us most.

Metal and single-ply roofs on the I-35 and FM 725 corridors. Fastener backouts, gutters and skylights.
Built-up and modified bitumen roofs behind tall parapets, with coping and masonry flashings to rebuild.
Clinics around the hospital campuses on Loop 337 and TX-46, where work happens around patient hours.
Hotels and venues that fill up every river season. We schedule big work for the slow months.
The city sits right on the Balcones Escarpment, where Gulf moisture slams into the Hill Country. That makes it part of Flash Flood Alley.

A common New Braunfels call: a 2008-era strip center with a 45-mil TPO roof, leaks at three tenants and wet insulation near the rear drains. The usual fix is to cut out the wet areas, then recover the roof with a cover board and 60-mil TPO while every store stays open.
Downtown buildings often hide a second roof under the first. We core-cut before quoting so there are no surprises at tear-off.

Yes. The city spans both counties, and we work across all of it, from Gruene and Creekside to the industrial parks south of I-35. Permits go through the City of New Braunfels either way.
Our I-35 north crews usually reach New Braunfels the same day for active leaks reported during business hours, and the leak line is answered 24/7.
Yes. We repair built-up and modified bitumen roofs, rebuild parapet copings and match original details. If a building is in a historic district, we prepare the photos and material specs the city may ask for.
They expose them. New Braunfels often gets several inches of rain in a few hours, so clogged drains and weak seams leak fast. Clearing drains before May and October prevents most storm calls.
