Live Oak is a small city of 15,781 people (2020) with an outsized commercial footprint. The I-35 and Loop 1604 interchange draws big-box retail, including the IKEA that opened in 2019, plus a credit union headquarters, auto dealers, hotels and restaurants.
Those buildings mean wide, flat roofs and lots of rooftop equipment. Our work in Live Oak is mostly keeping large single-ply roofs dry: curb flashings, drains, hail inspections and coatings that cut the summer heat load.

Typical scope · 78233What a typical job looks like here
A typical Live Oak call: a large retail roof with 30 or more rooftop units and leaks every heavy rain. Most come from curb flashings and condensate lines. We reflash the curbs, reroute condensate and add walkway pads so service techs stop wearing through the membrane.
On roofs with many HVAC units, walkway pads pay for themselves. Most punctures we fix are on technician paths.
