Leon Valley is a small independent city of about 11,500 people, wrapped around Bandera Road between Loop 410 and Loop 1604. Its commercial strip is dense: shopping centers, restaurants, car lots, clinics and offices, most built from the 1970s through the 2000s.
The Northwest Side has a long history of severe hail, including the April 2016 storm that damaged thousands of roofs. Hail inspections and insurance documentation are a big part of our work here, along with re-roofs on aging strip centers.
Buildings along the Bandera Road corridor.
Older strip centers with layered roofs and hail history.
Grease at exhaust fans; PVC zones prevent repeat leaks.
Showrooms and service bays with metal and flat roofs.
Clinics near Huebner and Evers Road.
Small office buildings with roofs reaching replacement age.
Storms coming off the Hill Country often strengthen over the Northwest Side, which is why hail is the big roof risk here.

Typical scope · 78238What a typical job looks like here
A typical Leon Valley job: hail crosses Bandera Road, and a strip center owner needs to know what is damaged. We map hits slope by slope, cut cores where the membrane is bruised and give the adjuster a full report, then replace or repair once the claim is settled.
Hail bruises on single-ply roofs often do not leak for months. That is why we inspect even when nothing is dripping.
