Stone Oak is a master-planned area of north San Antonio that grew from ranch land in the 1990s into one of the city’s busiest commercial districts. Medical offices cluster around the hospital on Stone Oak Parkway, and office parks, retail centers and churches fill Sonterra and the US 281 corridor.
Many of those roofs are now 15 to 25 years old. The area also sits over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, which adds rules for site work and debris. We handle permits through the City of San Antonio and keep job sites clean.
The building types that define the north side.
Medical towers and clinics where leaks cannot reach patients.
Class A and B offices along Sonterra and Loop 1604.
Shopping centers with flat roofs and Mission-style tile facades.
Large sanctuaries with metal and tile roofs.
Grease at kitchen exhaust on busy pad sites.
The north side catches hail coming off the Hill Country, and the area is higher and rockier than most of the city.

Typical scope · 78258What a typical job looks like here
A typical Stone Oak project: a 20-year-old medical office with a worn roof and leaks near exam rooms. We plan tear-off zones around clinic hours, protect sensitive equipment, use low-odor materials and keep each zone watertight by evening.
Over the recharge zone, we contain all tear-off debris and haul it the same day.
